These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 555k ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 555k platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at 555k.one. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, partnership, corporation, or any other legal entity.

555k reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible player will be void and forfeited.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 555k platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or identity used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being immediately suspended and all balances being forfeited.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it periodically.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

555k may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or offering promotional benefits. Accepted identification documents include national identity cards (NID), passports, and utility bills dated within the last three months. All documents must be authentic; submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the 555k platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 555k supports a range of local and international payment methods to provide maximum convenience for players across Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

555k offers a variety of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specified period and expires if the wagering requirements are not met within that period.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard rollover on deposit bonuses is between 15x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• 555k reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer, promotion, or reward at any time without prior notice if it determines the offer is being exploited or abused.
• Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.

Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or placing low-risk offsetting bets — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555k platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and visual design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 555k content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 555k intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555k, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if 555k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

555k does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Amendments & Governing Law

555k reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law, as applicable to the jurisdiction of service provision.
